Mr. Chetan S. Pawar founded SKYTOWN GROUP in 2014 with a clear vision to make quality residential properties more accessible and affordable to families across North Karnataka.
What began with a single project in the Hubballi–Dharwad region has grown into a diversified real-estate group comprising 3 companies and 18+ projects, with a growing presence across the region.
His philosophy, “Enhance One City at a Time,” reflects his commitment to developing thoughtfully planned communities that combine strategic locations, quality infrastructure, sustainable development and long-term value.

Every meaningful journey begins with a simple vision: to create something that adds lasting value to people's lives.
My journey into entrepreneurship began during my third year of degree, when I took the bold decision to invest my own college fee money as a token advance towards a piece of land. It was a decision driven by belief, courage and a strong desire to build something of my own.
After completing my education, I received opportunities to begin a career with established corporate companies. However, I chose a different path. I decided to pursue entrepreneurship and build a business that could create opportunities not only for myself, but also for hardworking and dedicated people who wanted to grow through their efforts.
In 2014, SKYTOWN GROUP began its journey with a simple vision: to develop quality residential properties and make home ownership more accessible to families across North Karnataka. What started as a single project in the Hubballi–Dharwad region has grown into three companies and 18+ projects, supported by the trust of our customers and the commitment of our growing team.
